Title says it all. Pick an NPC in the series (no playable characters) and say which one you really wanted to slap, and why.

Don't pick someone like Kai Leng that you end up killing or screwing over, or something already, pick someone who you never get the chance to call out.

I would slap Councilor Tevos after the Fall of Thessia. Planet falls because she and Asari High Command putzed around and everyone's all miserable: Could have had the Catalyst figured out already if they hadn't hung on to their pride.

No one I want to literally slap, but a verbal-smackdown is in order for some...

-- Tevos. I'm okay with the turian councilor because he gave it to me straight. Tevos, OTOH, is every bit as condescending while pretentiously acting the "peacekeeper" at the same time. I hate that kind of self-righteousness.
-- Jacob. After Freedom's Progress, Jacob is full of fail for the length of the game. Lots of stupid advise, and whining.
-- Garrus. ... for his Archangel shtick, seemingly forgetting everything I told him (from ME1) in ME2.
-- Samara. ... for being a hypocrite.
-- Thane. ... for thinking he's excused from premediated murder because killing is "reflex" to him. Anyone else see the dissonance?
-- VS on Mars ... self-explanatory. Both (yes, even Kaidan) were on retard-pills during this segment.
-- Kasumi. ... for wanting to sit on the sidelines reliving memories of her dead boy-toy while the galaxy crumbles.
-- Blasto. ... for existing. Calling him a "big, stupid jellyfish" in 'Citadel made my day.
-- Liara. ... no "good" reason, aside from my simple desire to kick back against her forced-friendship bordering on canon romance.

I'm sure there are others I missed.

Liara, because I've been an **** to her throughout the series and she still thinks she's my best friend.

Inb4 ashley bashing

OT: Jacob for being so boring, Miranda for trying to put a control chip in me, and Liara for not getting the hell away from me.

Every single runthrough I have ever done, I have not wanted to slap anyone more than Ashley. The xenophobic b***h was on my nerves from playthrough #1.

Ashley/Kaidan
Miranda - so very much

Javik I think needs a bullet more than a slap

Like Gary Oldman from Leon the Professional once said:
"EVEYONE!!!!!"

Everyone in ME3 suffered from out of the blue stupidity!

X2!

Hate the writers' pet wish I could tell Liara to screw off like in ME1.

And her comment about Alliance Air support on Thessia made me want to throw her egotistical hide off the skyscraper bridge.

I actually took my time and watched the walking reaper turning Thessia into a parking lot, it felt good man.

One of the keepers.

Just to see if they really do explode.

Also, Harkin.

Traynor for existing in my male Shepards' ship and trivializing Liara.

Sparatus and Tevos. The former makes up for it slightly, but I never got to really lay into him.

Legion, for getting hacked and wanting the rest of the geth to be hypocratic reaper coded machines.

Ash for being a short sighted moron.

Darner Vosque because I never get to put him in his generic npc placr, or better yet, I never get to put Zaeed in his rightful place as the actual Blue Suns leader.

Aria for being an arrogant douche.

Kannik, the salarian nerd who gets to tell my renegades Shep "nana na nana".

Javik, for not getting my crewnames right.

Jacob and Kasumi for being selfish moronic cowards.

Almost everyone in ME3, especially Liara, the VS, Shepard him/herself, Legion, EDI, the Illusive Man...

It's like everyone's IQ suddenly dropped through the floor between 2 and 3, ideals did a total 180, creepy and awkward got creepier and more awkward, characters mutated into mirrors of themselves, etc.

I know the topic was for which NPC and I still listed Shepard, but from all the forced dialogue, forced feelings towards one thing or another (Joker's snide comment on Thessia for example) Shepard in ME3 did not at all really feel like "MY" Shepard and more like someone else's Shepard that I'm just guiding along and occasionally making choices.
