Octacon...or whoever that guy was from the metal gear solid series...he was incredibly annoying in MGS4...as far the ME series goes?...i never met anybody that was annoying other than ashley in certain parts of ME3 and arrogant asari's on certain playthroughs of the series...

I could be wrong on those accounts but i can't really think of characters that irked me like that..

I never wanted to slap Garrus ever. When I first played me2. I wanted a hug option, actually.

Liara. My slap Morrigan mod would be solely used for slapping Liara if I could... I really just can't stand her. She was all 'chin up, Shepard! We'll defeat the reapers. You can do it!' Then once Thessia falls. She's a whiny sack of... stuff. 'Oh noez, we can't do it now.' Well maybe if your people were a BIT more helpful.... and had listened to your daddy. But nooo.

In the end... i think i would have prefered to KO Udina with a after a short hand on hand fight instead of killing him, so i could make him confront the stupidity of his actions.
I think it was more important to make him realise he was an a**hole all along and deserve to be looked down by others rather than killed without time for him to realise he was a morron.

I don't think they actually have any theories and we don't really talk to them enough anyway. Some poeplej just like to complain. Not talking about you, per se, just in general.
