OMG that would be awesome and shamefully I would pay the full price of the game again for that. Thats very unlikely though she probs won't be in it at all  

I have a suspicion we're gonna have Viv the Circle Mage and a Tevinter Mage (not Mae) to balance the potential mage backgrounds. The third mage would need to be a Mage who isn't from one of those two backgrounds. Either that means Dalish (we've already had a lot of those), friendly apostate a la Hawke, or Qunari Ba...what do they call them again? Or you know Cole technically counts as "Mage" so he could fill that slot.

Naw, if it is a mage it has to be the crazy hermit, also who the hell is Meavaris?

For me its no matter what class as long it will be female character (we have too many male companions already)

She's a Tevinter mage and married to Varric's cousin.



I would love for her to be in the game, but David Gaider said that it was too late to add her.

I think most have assumed that bald/balding looking elf is our second mage. Maevaris (again) apparently mentioned a Tervinter healer so it could well be him. 

Probably to replace Dorian who I think has been axe.

Wade & Herren were last seen in Amaranthine. I don't know if they're actually married but they may as well be.

As for the DLC character I hope it's something out of left field again like Shale was. Sebastion was an interesting story, but Shale made me way more interested in the game. Granted, I also have a dwarf bias.

Personally I would rather the game ship complete instead of having parts hacked off to be sold as DLC but then I figure we would have more luck asking for nug chariots so we might as well speculate on who will be sold seperately.

I could do without a DLC character, myself. I never bothered with Sebastian and regret picking up Javik (and ME3 in general).

From what Laidlaw said in the Q and A this kinda stuff is still gonna go on but he sounded like he wanted to try and make it just exstra stuff rather than content that is ripped from the game. 

I guess people are hoping maybe a 10th companion ,who wasn't origionally planned,  like Maevaris may show up as a DLC character.

Nah, I don't like Cole. But he's a very likely DLC characters if rumours are true and there is no place left for him in the main group
