I'll use the default name...
I tend to do this for my cannon playthrough.
However, if I end up hating the default name, I'll likely use Katrin. That is the reserve name I always use.

I like the name Morithil, is that male or female?
I always have trouble creating Dwarven or Elvish names.
For my human Inquisitor though I've got:

Olivier Trevelyan

Thank you Snookie for the name Aerie! Definitely one of my favourite BioWare characters, she is!SergeantSnookie wrote...
Jaheira Lavellan.
My Warden was named after Aerie, might as well continue the BG character tradition. :S
Male Qunari warrior - ???? Adaa
Female elf mage - Aerie Lavellan
Male elf rogue - ???? Lavellan
Female Qunari mage - ???? Adaa
This is assuming I won't play a human or a dwarf. I won't be playing a male dwarf... too hard to make them look good.
With the Qunari PCs, it will probably be determined by the origin story/ies. I don't know what I'm gonna call my male elf rogue, but it might be the same as with the Qunari.

Human Male = Omari (oh-MAH-ree) Trevelyan. Which means "the highest."
Qunari Female = Zakiya (zah-KEE-yah) Adaa. Which means "intelligent."
Elf Male = Vuai (voo-AH-ee) Lavellan. Which means "savior."
Dwarf Female = Ashaki (uh-SHAH-kee) Cadash. Which means "beautiful."
I put the pronunciations in their just in case you all were wondering how to pronounce them.

With my Hawke I just went with the default.
I suppose this time I'll go for a new method: Looking some word up on the wiki. Or stealing somebody else's made-up name.
