So there have been threads. Tons and Tons and Tons of threads, about romances. Who is the best romance? What should be made romancable next? How should romances be done? Where should romances go next in the evolution of bioware games? Why are so many people obsessed with romances? Love them, or hate them, romances are a part of bioware games and bioware fandom, be it to mock or to cherish.

But time and time again, the issue gets muddled by debate and questions, overly emotional individuals and calm collective manipulators tend to drive everyone up a wall and scratching their heads at just what, in the name of the great golden noodle, are they reading? One side blames the other who blames the other who blames the other etc, but it feels like nothing but a few hours and pages worth of hilarity or extreme frustration comes out of it, followed by a lock.

So how about we get another of these gatherings for the insane and micromanaging to butt-heads, but at least get some good numbers to see just where people stand and maybe, just maybe, find out why it always goes so wrong.
