So, after the discussion in this thread, I realized that even though I knew how awesome the Claymore Novaguard can be, and have witnessed him in action, I had never properly tried him out by myself.
I've always been using the eazy mode Talon on him. Which is indeed a better setup nowadays. But a Claymore is always a Claymore, and this setup is a nice change of pace for me as it forces you to play the character differently, and it gives you a lot of satisfaction more.
So I specced my female Novaguard for the first time, took weight reduction on evo 6 of passive, slapped a Claymore on her, had a warm up full team game with Hendrix and other people, and then settled for soloing Cerberus on Glacier and see what happens.
This is the result:

Disclaimer: this solo was done with a hacked coalesced that forces all objectives to be pizzas or escorts. You don't believe that's the only thing I modified in my coalesced? Your problem, not mine.
The run was done without rockets. I also didn't have speedrunning in mind at first, just wanted to do an aggressive solo and see what I could do. I'm sure I could have polished it in lots of occasions, and I feel 21 mins no rockets is totally possible. Someone better than myself might even push it under 20, who knows.
Anyway, I'm happy with this result and I'm not going to do it again in the foreseeable future.
Here is the vid
Featuring some bs and wtf? moments, but they didn't manage to stop me, luckily. If I find some spare time, I might go through the vid and list the ankward things that happen here with the timing reference.
As always guys, enjoy the vid, and feel free to comment/ask/criticize in a costructive way!
