The jacob crap wouldn't have bothered me so much if it wasn't

B. Insulting to ALL the characters involved
C. Decent foreshadowing
or 
D. Had a equivelent with one of the female LIs.

But nope has NONE of those. It comes out of ****ing NOWHERE, is complete bollocks, and all the characters act like laughable renditions of themselves.

Also where is renedouche Shep's option to punch Jacob in his cheating face? She's killed people for less! And yes Shep can be childish (especially renedouche). Doesn't help that Brynn's a complete ass. I just. URGH.

And the cheery on the **** pie is ALL of MShep's LI are loyal to him to the end. Just...SERIOUSLY. It's not even like Jacob and FemShep were seperated for a long time or he had no idea where the hell she was. It's just so damn stupid and bad and rage inducing and UGH.

Yes, absolutely, make the male/female LI options balanced, avoid the ME3 problem. At least here they're not carrying the baggage of 2 previous installments locking themselves in to a problematic set of options. Not in the LI side of things at least. Given the previous 2 DA games I'm hopeful they'll come through here.

I'd rather see no more than 4 options from a cast of 9 companions, but that's a minor personal preferance. Limit the number of people I have to say 'No.', 'Maker no' and ' Someone get them off me!' to in one playthrough.

It's why I don't want "oh but males should get this many LIs and females get this many and straight m/f get this many and gay m/f get this many." doesn't help that female exclusive LIs get shat on when it comes to content (and sheer number of LIs to start with). Just makes me feel that the gay only LIs will also get skimped on content along with the female protag exclusive ones.

No, you twit.  I meant ethnically diverse because if I try to delineate all the different ethnic groups I risk leaving some out or privileging some over others and I really try NOT to do that.  YOU are the only one trying to insinuate that I must only mean black or white and also trying to insinuate that I think only those two ethnic flavors matter.  

You want me to say it?  I would like to see a Bioware game that is NOT 98% white with only the odd occasional dark-skinned person. I'd like to see a game that has such a wide mix of skin colors depicted that no player who is NOT WHITE feels excluded.  

It's not really that hard, but it's amazing how deaf, dumb, and blind privilege makes people.
