Jack's war asset:
"Jack, formerly known as Subject Zero, may be the most talented biotic of her time." It doesn't say human biotic, it says biotic. Jacks powers grow overtime, just like any asari. Read the upgrades for the L5s.

Samara's war asset isn't even about her. It's about Justicar's in general. Samara isn't even as powerful as Benezia. The only reason she was recruited is that she was the only Justicar handy.

Jack has raw power, but Samara is far more skilled. Samara's been using her biotics for centuries, that gives her the edge in both control over her abilities and the experience/tactics to use them. She would wreck Jack in a fight.

Jack wrecked 4 YMIR mechs in five seconds AND killed many people AFTER that.
The biggest enemy samara has killed was that eclipse merc.

Sorry but that statement is just not consistent

I have more skill with using a sword than a rhino, but the rhino would probably kill me before I even attack it.

I think Samara is about dangerous as someone like Aria or biotic Shepard. Morinth is probably equal to any of them too, so long as you don't give in to her mindrape (something Aria or Samara would resist. It's up to the player whether Shepard is weak there).

By "Eclipse merc", I think you mean "Morinth". You're also disregarding the 600 years of combat experience Samara has on Jack.

Samara is described as being on-par, if not better than most matriarchs, and Samara hasn't even hit her matriarch stage yet. Biotically, she's only going to grow stronger.

Her dossier says that she is almost as powerful as a Matriarch, not as powerful.

And if ou evolve her passive in ME2, it says that she's directly on par.

In reality, maybe in ME3, but I don't think shooting a few things with Shepard would advance your biotics by years worth of development.

Unless I read this wrong, you just agreed with me. In which case... What's your point then?

Justicars are the cream of the crop among the asari, and Samara spent at LEAST 6 months beside Shepard for ME2. There's no telling what she's been doing in the gap between 2 and 3.

What I'm saying that, evolving her class power probably doesn't give her matriarch skill, lore wise. However, I can not attest to how that skill has grown in the past six odd, it's a pretty late side mission where you meet her, months. On that I will have to concede.

Benezia was a matriarch and all her powers did was open doors for her commandos and the geth. Strong? No. Plus she doesn't even fight you which makes it worse, no illustrations of Matriarch Biotic powers has been shown to me besides Benezia's, and after seeing what she can do i doubt samara can beat jack despite her skill lets not forget power definitely comes into to play here. If two people are fighting. One is skilled in kung fu and the other has a gun, you do the Math ventus also thanks for read it was informative....

Samara doesn't jet up in the air or anything, but she definitely was able to throw some skycars around in Omega.

The Benezia example is a case of gameplay/story segregation though. Just like Jack tearing through the YMIR Mechs. She does that in a cutscene, but in gameplay she's no different from other squaddies or Vanguard Shep. Benezia was meant to be much more powerful than ME1's gameplay allowed.

Regarding Jack vs. Samara, the difference is that Samara doesn't get the same kind of show of power Jack does. The only thing is her faceoff with Morinth, in which case two equally powerful beings are fighting in an enclosed space, pretty different from Jack cutting loose in that way she does. The only time we can directly compare them is in the Suicide Mission, where they accomplish the same task to the same degree.

Benezia is a pretty tough fight actually, but mostly because of her commando minions and the crappy level design (and bumped to hardcore or insanity :)

Okay. Is there a plan in motion? Have the allied forces accomplished anything? Anything to suggest they have an advantage that wasn't present in the games?

It's well made and lies within the lore of mass effect, it makes sense if that's what your asking. Read the comic from episode 6 to the current episode 51

Here's the link to the comic if you want to see for yourself.

Oh bull-****! He makes up pieces of his own lore for that overly pretentious comic.
I actually liked it when it was a joke
