So far I've deduced that picking up the pizza, and dying while holding the corba will make it reappear.

Randoms not catching on and just doing heavy melees after friends and I ditch our missiles is pretty amusing.

At least they're trying to return the brofist, that makes them good pugs by BSN's low expectations.

I thought the same thing! I just now learned you can make the Missile Launcher invisible. Wow.

In what instances does the thing come back after being removed? If you are synced or downed? Because I've had more than one game where I know I have remvoed it and yet later in the game there it is.

It reappears if you pick up the pizza or are downed while holding it/equipping it.

I don't care if it's there.... But I tend to remove it if I can. It looks really stupid on Krogans and the Juggernaut specifically... Like a bowtie on a wild boar.

This is usually my philosophy as well. Running around looking for a ladder is too much of a PITA when things like grabbing the pizza make it reappear anyway.

However, I do like exploding primes with the power of my imagination!

I think it looks really bad on Krogan.
This little blob, magically dangling off your hump: why no just hang if off your belt?
That's only kits I think it actually looks bad.

I remove it off Asari, Fury and fem quarian for jiggly bumbum reasons.

And then most other kits, just because. Not that it looks bad per se.
