Others I need to replay as its been a while and wanted to start over when heard about inquisition. But I pretty much always side with mages so that's my DA2, although didn't like Anders actions.

 I don't remember everything but, for Agatha, the Inquisitor I planned before multiple races were announced:
  
DAO:
Bernardo Cousland, warrior (dual wielding and crossbow).
Made new Golems for Behlen Aeducan.
Loghain sacrificed.
  
Awakening:
Burned down Amaranthine.
Killed the Architect.
 
Witch hunt:
Don't have it but he wanted so much to kill Morrigan or bring her to the templars I might choose that in the Keep, on the other hand I kinda hate this warden so I might not.
 
DA2:
Sedna Hawke. Healer+entropy mage.
Grey Warden Carver.
Haven't finished yet, but she's been siding with the mages on every chance. She hates templars.
