How does awakening work if your warden died? I'm just about finished with my playthrough and soon starting awakening.

You just role a new character who comes from Orlais to lead the wardens.  He starts at 20 or something.  I liked Awakenings, thought it was a nice little game.

i bought it when it first came out. Still haven't played thru it. Good to know it won't be zombie warden.

I know on my second playthrough, I'll have my Noble Warden that romanced/ruled alongside Alistair, but whose choices were much harsher than my elf's, so that will be fun.

No, that's Darkspawn Chronicles.

Witch Hunt is supposed to be canon, if you play it. (According to Gaider, everything you do is supposed to be canon. Well, with a few exceptions (like killing off companions that are needed in further installments...))

- Anora is Queen, Loghain is killed at Landsmeet (Ser Cauthrien is still alive, may be important), Alistair isn't executed and stays in the Grey Wardens
- Alistair performed Dark Ritual
- Return to Ostagar, Warden's Keep (sided with Avernus, but resricted his work), and Golems of Angarrak completed (adding this some of it may be important)

Dragon Age: Awakening
- Architect is killed

Hawke was also an Angry Hawke in personality type.

I err, really like this save state because I focused on every single psycho jerk option I could.

I'll probably keep this as my world state every time, assuming I play through more than once. The game of Origins here was my first and the character I've liked the best so far (also the most imperfect in many ways, which I see as a plus going forward), and I've only played DA II once. It remains to be seen if I'll keep up the trend of the previous PC disagreeing with almost everything the next one would do.
