Why not just use a variation of this:

Looks good to me. And it will keep you politically correct types from getting your knickers in a twist (or so I would hope).

Oh get over yourself. You toss that stupid PC label around when what people actually want is for someone other than the privileged class to get some time and attention.

That is a little bit over the top to be honest.

I think anyone with the technology to post on an online forum or the means to even consider purchasing AAA games is part of the so-called "privileged class." <_<

Male, female or a symbol, honestly... I don't care. Just make it classy and looks good.

I knew this debate would happen sooner or later. Let's see how it unfolds, and how long it lasts before some mod decide to lock the thread because the discussion has devolved down to nothing more than insults.

Wow, i was just about to make a thread about this very subject.

I loved the double cover of ME3 with femShep (and femShep forum background).
What's make most of Bioware game unique is their ability to allow the player to live his own story.

It would be awesome if they did multiple cover for DAI to cover all kind of inquisitor or races (not asking 1 of each though) and let the player pick their favorite for the retail.

Also; reguarding Origin, could you think about the possibility to change the Icon of the game for another official icone cover please ?
I would have loved to used the femShep game icone on Origin, and it would be great to have multiple choice for DAI too.

Iirc, there have been some games that let you print your own cover (Madden?).

I'm sure it would cost too many zots, but it'd be cool if they tied something like that to the Character Creator; your Inquisitor against a preset background.

so...uhm...if they used a white male human inquisitor for the cover WHAT EXACTLY would change for the people whom plan to play a dark skinned dwarf female or something?

They shouldn't put any kind of protagonist on there.

Use the Symbol of the Inq or whatever.

It would change nothing either way. The Inquisitor is just a fictional character, not the poster child for a civil rights movement.

My point wasn't that It was sexist or racist not to have these things. I just meant it would be nice if the default didn't always have to be a white man.

It would just be nice to see the other gender and other ethnic groups getting a bit of attention and it would make me feel like maybe the majority of gamers really aren't as shallow and silly as we think they are.

I certainly wasn't saying that anyone is a member of some privileged class or anything silly like that.

Never understood why they don't put both defaults on the cover. If I get the game it'll be digital download so it won't matter to me. But they should just put them both on there.
