As we know Mass Effect 3 MP is a great success, lot of people ( including myself ) were skeptic about it BioWare announced it but it turned out to be a great adition to the game.

Now the question is, would be a Multiplayer for Dragon Age Inquisition be as good, better or just bad? and why?

Do you think it would ruin the experience of the game to have a multiplayer or it would be better in your opinion?

anyways, the poll http://social.biowar...79/polls/47150/

PvP would be hard to balance unless they put heavy restrictions on it.

I prefer horde mode, but PvP could also be fun. I prefer team PvP though.

I'd probably enjoy Dragon Age multiplayer; then I could play with my son, who also loves Dragon Age.

But I'd never touch PvP. Not my thing at all.

Team PVP or team co-op. Not a fan of one-on-one PVP, and I think attempts to balance that could greatly undermine the justified strengths and weaknesses of the different classes.

Why you say it?

We are having a completely new engine.
I doubt things would be similar to DA2 or DAO.

So who knows. :P

Definately not PvP. Instead of ping and packet loss being a challenge, or forcing you to contribute as a support role, it drops you out of the game completely as everyone takes advantage of your five-second reaction times.

and what? lag is lag, you will see that with bad connections on every game out there, i don't think the game should be limited for that reason.

They just have to work in a good netcode.

Not just no, but hell no.

Make the best SP game you can. Don't try to fit everyone's tastes, that's part of what has watered down the last few games so badly.

If it's a full PvP mode or the like? Eh, no. If it's something as simple as friends dropping in and controlling Varric, Cassandra etc. while the lead character can still pause, give commands, etc? Perhaps.

I want multiplayer so that I can read along as people complain about how Tempest is OP.

But Everyone knows if you spread your game so that everyone will love it then your profits will increase! after all they were going to add Football to mass effect but they didnt have enough time.could you imagine how much more populer the game would be?

I don't want any form of MP at all but I'm sure it's inevitable. I just hope it actually has zero effect on the SP campaign this time.

If it would be done... it would be best it were done carefully.

But yeah, I think I'd be interested in playing through a campaign with friends. DA:O combat would have been a lot easier and a lot more fun if friends had been controlling the other characters.

I don't think I'd care for a competitive mode. Maybe if it was done the way it was in Saint's Row 2, where you would run team missions in a city setting for points, competing against another team to finish objectives quickly.

Sorry i do not want it. We have enough of these MMOs already please. And it's all Free!. Go play them and be prepared for very minimal and small micro.. transactions.. /sarcasm.

This kind of feature will only cost more money for development, resources and sacrifice other details for a single player experience. Like it or not this is a fact. Please go the Witcher 3 way where they understand this completely.

If they so choose to.. then make an F2P Dragon Age.. see how much they gonna make like SWTOR MMO.
