I'm looking to try all three relationships in ME2, but obviously the problem is that I don't want to have to play through the game three times to get them. I'm basically looking for a way to get to a point where Jack, Miranda and Tali are all ready for a relationship, but I'm not locked into any of them yet. That way I can just save three times and go back to each one when I want to replay the relationships.

The biggest problem with this is in the confrontation between Jack and Miranda, a gigantic pain in the ass. I need a high Paragon or Renegade score to resolve the fight without locking one option out. The problem lies in the fact that (so I've heard) Paragon and Renegade success is dependant on the percentage of options for them you've encountered so far. What I would imagine this means is that the less I do in the game before the confrontation, the easier it will be. I was thinking of using the Samara loyalty glitch to up my Paragon to 100% to evade this problem, but I'm not sure. Any tips would be helpful.

If anyone has any ideas, suggestions of to evade problems, or bringing up new issues of how to go about getting this jewel save, it would be very much appreciated.

I agree. One romance per game is not enough, depending on your mood..

Don't see any reason not to have the option of additional romances for those who want it. Bioware might not even need to create or add any new content.. Just trigger cutscenes for other dates the player enters into before the pre-suicide mission sex cutscene, at which point that would become the player's canon romance, while the others would be viewed as non-significant casual flings not recorded in the story.

They definitely won't add content to ME2 at this point, but maybe in future games they'll have more options like these for those who want them.

Do you have an import from ME1? If so you have a running head start on getting your para/ren score up. Easy places to score points are getting merchants to give you discounts. Just keep an eye out for places where you can take a stand that fits your character and will score you some points, including interrupts. Generally I have not had a problem with the Jack/Miranda fight when using and import. Doing it earlier, though, like before going to Tuchanka, is probably advisable.

My understanding is you can do all the romances in one run through. I haven't done it, but I believe all you have to do is start and consumate with one character, then move on to the next.

Yes you can do all the romances.

To settle the Miranda/Jack dispute either play Renegade mostly, endangering a similar situation with Paragon needed for Tali/Legion, or simply upgrade the class power to the one that raises Paragon/Renegade scores.
