What would be the minimum wage on earth in credits.
How many credits would it take to buy a 50 square meter flat on vancouver in 2183-2186.
What is the average cost of a weekly groccery list in credits on earth.

How much would a standard issue fighter cost, and how much will a regular frigate cost.
Whats the price of a common fly car?

Basicly what will be the exchange rate from dollars to credits in 2183-2186.

Citadel prices are like hawai or switzerland prices. so when comparing prices you should compare them to your averaged western country.

Well, you need to remember that one guy on the Citadel, in the market area with all the stores that was arguing with the Salarian store owner about a refund, and he ends up getting refunded like "the whole 16 credits" or something like that.

So there's probably some normally priced stuff in comparison to the US dollar. Just everything that Shepard buys is overly expensive and meant to kill stuff. He doesn't buy groceries. Except in 2.

Possibly.  There's never going to be an exact conversion amount because, well, it's a fictional series and the devs don't care to throw out a conversion rate.

But I have to assume that as well.  It would probably be closer to something like 5 or less US dollars per credit, maybe even more.  Hell, maybe even less, we'll never know.

I just know that guns purchased for 50 credits are not of functioning quality, and if we go by the 5 or 10 dollar per credit amount, that would be either 250 or 500 dollars for a nonfunctioning gun.  Which...I can't say anything about because I don't know the average price of a rifle or handgun in the US.  Never bothered to look into it.

Times change and the relative value of things do too. Technology will certainly be cheaper, and with the Earth even more overpopulated than it is now food and housing might well be relatively more expensive. I wouldn't be surprised if labour costs more too (considering that's the direction it's generally been going). Just as it's hard to give an exact conversion between prices now and prices 2-3 hundred years ago the same will probably true for the future.

Oh, and Shepard seemed pleased enough at finding just one credit down the back of Hock's sofa.

>Earth.

Humans exist in alot of places in the galaxy now, especially the Citadel.  As spread out as everything is, things might be more expensive on the Citadel than they may be on Earth.  Y'never know.

Yes, I still loved that moment.

Earth is the only real example we've got, and the situation on Earth will affect the prices of things there (although of course influenced by the rest of the galactic economy). The existence of all sorts of other worlds would make it even harder to give a simple conversion.

I'm running in circles.  You make sense, yes, I understand what you're saying, but I think I'm derping hardcore here.  Dunno.
