Mostly this.

I think DA2 pushed qunari into something of a Worf territory; they look tough, they act tough, so when Hawke and his/her team beat them up, it means Hawke's super tough.

So I'm very much interested in bringing the qunari back to badass.

Humans beating Arishok's happens more than once. One of the comics has Alistair dueling the current Arishok (OUR Sten) and winning.

I am! =D After that incident in DA2 where a puny human defeated the Arishok in single combat (no doubt by cheating), I'm looking quite forward to making a large qunari Inquisitor to smash those heathens back in their place.

funny you mention cheating, my favourite part of DA2 is playing a mage and refusing single combat.

I'm torn between playing a two handed warrior or a mage male Qunari for my first playthrough. I think it will come down to my examination of the specialization trees. Yes, I like to fully plan out my character build before playing even my first playthrough. I'm crazy lol.

All I know for certain is that I will be shouting "Ataash Qunari" whenever I enter battle.

I'm not sure if I want to be a Qunari mage, or a Qunari rogue who prefers a bow. But, I'll be playing a Qunari for sure, for my first two playthroughs. Playthrough #1 will have Jon Curry's voice, 2nd the other VA who's name I forget..

Why would a vashoth born outside the Qun use that battle cry? Do they just like the way it sounds?

They look all the same to me in general white.

Even Bioware concept art both male and female have white hair. And they look young.

Or I am wrong and Bioware just saved money on paint.

Damn, looking at that pic. I can tell why hornless Qunari are scary to the horned ones. Sten looks scary in his big armor, stern face and bland skin.
