I talk to the npc and i say sure ill help you and he says " ill mark it on your map"
nothing gets marked. I don't have a quest under premium content or anywhere like with stone prisoner. and the quest give still has a ! over his head.
any way to get this working right?

I think you'll need to download the DLC first, however, I have not seen it show up in the available DLC downloads and others in this forum have reported the same. Perhaps it will show up soon.

i have it downloaded and installed. and first time in the camp i went up to him. talked about the warden stuff and he asked if i would help. i said yes. the he says he marked it on my map. but there is no marker. and there is no quest under premium content like the stone dlc is.

It's hard to diagnose your issue without additional detail. The key thing to look for in order to confirm if your Warden's Keep successfully installed would be
- Return to the Main Menu of the game select 'Downloadable Content'
- Click the installed content tab. Confirm that Warden's Keep is listed under this tab and is set to Enabled. (Confirm that it is also not listed as unauthorized)
- If Warden's Keep isn't listed under the Installed Content tab, which one is it under and what is its state.
- Return to the Main Menu of the game select 'Downloadable Content'
- Click the installed content tab. Confirm that Warden's Keep is listed under this tab and is set to Enabled. (Confirm that it is also not listed as unauthorized)
- If Warden's Keep isn't listed under the Installed Content tab, which one is it under and what is its state.

it is under installed content and it has a check mark for enabled.
This is what happens. I go up to the npc and he says "have you thought about helping" and i say "lets go" and then he says ill mark you map and the scene ends. He i still standing there with ! mark over his head and nothing is marked on my map. and there is no quest under premium content.
I can again click on him and go back through the same dialogue but he still just stands there with a ! over his head.

I am having the exact same problem, with both this and the Shale quest. There are no new areas marked on my world map. All the downloaded content is enabled as well.
Edit: In case it is relevant, I have the PC Collector's Edition. The Stone Prisoner Quest was included as a free download, and I purchased the Soldier's Peak Quest.

Also having the same problem, no new maps locations.
I got the first location for the shale quest, once I was given the rod no new location and the old one disappeared.
Same problem in camp, keep talking over and over and no new map location.
The add-on is downloaded, installed, and when bringing up the Journal in game, and clicking on Additional Content, it is listed as Active Content.

I too am having this issue. Exclamation point stays steadfastly over Levi's head. The DLC didnt show under the correct tab in the journal, so I cleared the download cache, and now it does, but the quest still does not activate correctly

Same issue as all above. No one has an answer/solution to this problem?

FIX for Levi not staying in the camp, quest not activating, no map marker:
Go into your My Documents/Bioware/Dragon Age folder, and delete the contents of the folder "Addins" - I didnt delete the folder itself, I dont know if the game will remake it automatically or not. Launch the game again, and you'll probably have to manually click "download" on all the DLC again, but it should show up in your downloads tab. Once the DLC had all downloaded and installed again, everything worked fine for me.
If anyone knows which folder, specifically, is Warden's Peak, you can probably delete that one only, the one for Shale's quest is named as such, the Peak one isn't

Awesome!
That worked! As Phelan stated: Go to Documents/Bioware/Dragon Age/AddIns
Delete the folder: dao_prc_nrx_1
Go to your Downloadable Content area and Warden's Keep should be listed under the tab Download Progress. Click it and reinstall. Go to your camp and get rid of that pesky exclamation mark and get your new map marker!
Thanks Phelan!

Same problem, but the advertised solution won't work. He just refuses to add a map icon, he ! still stay above his head. Everything is enabled, etc.

Delete the files, re-download, re-install, clear the cache. All of the suggested things. I had to do it over and over and over before it finally worked.

For some reason I can't find any of the dlc files and I don't have an AddIns file in and of the folders for this game, but all my other dlc works except I'm having the same issue that you're having with Warden's Keep quest.

Help me I cannto creat a new topic so I write here:
Well I have been able to redeem and install the Stone prisoner and Blood Dragon armor thanks to the codes in my boxed retail version. However I cannot buy the Warden's DLC as I have not got the 560 points in my account. As it seem I am not able to buy points either as I receive the current message in a pink window:
menu.item.buy.game.points is temporarily unavailable.
How can I buy the item or add Bioware points to my account? Please help!
