Awesome!
That worked! As Phelan stated: Go to Documents/Bioware/Dragon Age/AddIns
Delete the folder: dao_prc_nrx_1
Go to your Downloadable Content area and Warden's Keep should be listed under the tab Download Progress. Click it and reinstall. Go to your camp and get rid of that pesky exclamation mark and get your new map marker!
Thanks Phelan!
I had the exact same problem, and followed these steps, and now Warden's Keep refuses to download again. So I'd be a bit wary to just do this. Been over 24 hours, and Warden's Keep just sits in "Available Content", and seemingly demands to be re-purchased. No help from EA or Bioware...

I uninstalled the files as per the posted workaround. Warden's Keep seems to be working but now Shale (Stone Prisoner) is all glowy and won't talk to me.
Going to try to re-download Stone Prisoner again as per workaround. I'll be staring around the room with vapid, fear-filled eyes, sucking my thumb, drooling on myself and weeping bitterly in that corner over there if anyone needs me for anything.

This is unacceptable.

Most threads I have found here about this topic has a BioWare person just stating to make sure the Addin is downloaded completely and enabled. Not very helpful for the most part.
And I still have yet to figure out how you guys are able to redownload the addin after deleting "dao_prc_nrx_1" folder without paying for it again? I dont seem to have the option to do so once I remove the folder.
Kinda lame to be more then 1/2 way through the game now and I still under able to play something I paid $7 for. Certainly makes me leery of wanting to purchase anymore DLC in the future...

Yep. To be fair to the Bioware guys who are on this forum, they probably have no more of a clue than we do. Would have been nice if this had been, oh, I dunno, TESTED before it got sold as Day One DLC?
And yeah, I'd be wary of deleting that folder. I did, without making a backup (foolishly), and now I can't download it anymore. I know EA's answer to the problem will be "PAY FOR IT AGAIN! HAHAHAHAA."
As for purchasing more DLC, how about it makes me weary of purchasing ANY Bioware/EA game in the future? Mass Effect 2 is going to have the same junk on it this game does. I'm sure glad that when EA bought Bioware, we were assured that "nothing was going to change." <_<

Patience guys. They'll get this sorted.
'Course it's easy for me to say that now that I'm fully functional. But you watch. They will. And then I'll be back here to post inane randomness that has nothing much to do with anything.
Keep the faith and be nice to your pets.

Very borked.
I'm disappointed again and all that stuff I said about keeping the faith...well, nm.

If anything else goes wrong I'm'a completely lose it and collapse into a puddle of mush and make a mess on the carpet.
Come to think of it, I may do that just out of general principle regardless of whether the game continues working or not.

Spoke too soon. Now apparently the game isn't recognizing the Stone Prisoner quest as having been completed. It gives me the option to activate the golem using the magic word and when I do, the landscape becomes all screwed up and I can run through walls n'stuff.
Very borked.

Hehe. You can always trust EA to mess up again. It's like the Eleventh Commandment.

[EDIT]
Finally got this to work. Digging through the Redeemed DLC Unofficial Troubleshooting and FAQ (PC Only)
Insection 4 I downloaded Wardens Keep manually and followed the steps in 4.2.
