Well given your posting history on THAT subject, it more just reads as patronizing with an axe to grind, rather than something fun which is the intent of this thread, so I will disengage with you in this topic.

Although I think I should suggest to Epler a scene where Aveline makes a cameo just to beat Cassandra in an arm wrestle.

How many dragons in a row did Aveline beat by herself?

Yeah, that's what I thought.

Cassandra.

What would the Maker think about that idea? The Maker doesn't like people trolling around with his loyal servants. He would cast out another blight if that would happen.

Lets not confuse a new game mechanic with her actual str level. I'm sure any warrior in the DA:I party could do the same move. Including Aveline, if she were part of the party.

And if you are going to include game mechanics, then be fair about it.  Because Aveline could stick her sword into stone and cause an earthquake in DA2.

But Cassandra has fitting titles under her belt. What does Aveline got? Other than Captain of the guards... which was actually handed to her with the help of Hawke. Everything was handed to this woman. Shes like a democrat with entitlement issues.

Besides Templars fears Seekers... they do not however fear captain of the guards.

And what does any of that have to do with arm wrestling? Titles dont win arm wrestling matches. Having the most muscular arms in the series next to Sten does that.

THIS IS A THING THAT NEEDS TO HAPPEN. Aveline visits Varric to tell him some news about.. something -- the Hanged Man burning down or something equally as tragic to Varric (The guild is looking for him?) and Cass and her get in a "conversation" about being Warrior Women and the next thing you know, Arm Wrestling.

<3

Also, Aveline has my vote, hands down :P

It takes a lot of strength from those arms to be able to swing that sword around to break the metal gate.

She's actually using the shield to knock down the gate. Hitting it with a sword would just ruin the blade.

Arm wrestling is more about technique than actual power, though.

Only... as they sit down and clench fists for the wrestling, Varric turns to the Inquisitor and puts $10 on Aveline.

Both women turn on him in anger and the scene fades as Varric slumps in a chair with both Aveline and Cassandra standing over him, lecturing on the evilness of his ways. Inquisitor backs out of room slowly.

Have you seen the arms of pro-arm wrestlers? Hulk Hogan has toddler arms compared to them.

Obviously Isabela would win against both of them, cheating somehow, but not before Varric starts taking bets. By the end of the night both Varric and Isabela will walk away will their pockets full of coin.

Varric wins. He's the one selling the tickets to this event, after all.

Aveline beat like a dozen High Dragons and even an Old God all by herself.

It happened during one of the time skips.

I'll pick the woman built like a Shire horse. So Aveline it is.
