The title of the thread says pretty much everything.
Just for the sake of clarifying things up a bit:
I created a character using the Toolset, I exported the file .mop in its folder using the toolset and added it to the chargenmorphfg file. My character is in the CC with the rest of the presets but it is very  different from the original .mrh. I tried to fix it using the slides, it helps a bit but the face still doesn't look like the one in the toolset.
I downloaded a bunch of preset mods, just to see if they worked (this http://dragonage.nex...om/mods/3846//?   amongst others), and they work just fine, no need to tweak using the slides, etc.
What am I doing wrong?

Thank you in advance for any help you can give me.

You need to define "very different". How different are we talking? Is it even actually the same morph? You need to post some pictures of the toolset version and in the game's CC.

Did you make sure there is only one copy of chargenmorphcfg.xml in the Override folder? Try using Terra_Ex's CharGenMorph Compiler.

Yes, the morphs are the same and I also used the Chargenmorph compiler (and  there's only one chargenmorph file in the override folder, which I update everytime I install a new mod).

As I said, using the slides, especially those of the nose and eyes, helps a bit but, as you might imagine, it's almost impossible to get the original morph in the CC.

It would seem we have a disparate interpretation of the term "very different". I would suggest that any variation you are interpreting is entirely down to the rendering differences between the game and the toolset.
