So, I did the mistake of actually pre-ordering the digital deluxe version from the EAStore, first and last time probably. So far I've been trying to contact them unsuccessfully so I thought I'd try here as well in case someone else had the same problem.

I know that pre-load hasn't started yet but every time I access the order status page I get the following error:

Error: 

We are currently unable to perform the selected action. Please accept our apologies for this inconvenience. We have been notified and are already working to correct this issue as quickly as possible. Please click your browser’s back button and try this action at a later time, or take a different action. 

Error Number: SYS_000001

I have tried all the recommendations on EA's forum/site and the problem is still there. 

Does anyone else have the same problem?

I preordered the physical version from them and can't find out how to check on my order. Their site is a mess...

Checking the order is relatively easy.



Go to http://eastore.ea.com/ and click on Customer Service at the top of the page. Next click on "View recent order history and purchase details" and enter the order number and your password. You should get a summary of your order and the invoice.

samre thing happened at same period before release to me with my digital preorder of DA.. dont worry about EA store order status.. for europe the preDL option should start up along next monday just checkEA DL manager.. you ll get no news nor much from EA store really ... i was worried too for DA but all went perfectly smooth with the EA DL manager

most welcome i know i worried sick with this stupid error message from EA store for DA lol.. kind f stupid for a game but hey those things we love can have some bad influences on us passionate gamers now and then

Interestingly enough, this thread brought to mind my own preorder of the physical, PC Collector Edition from them so I went to check the status of it. Despite having the confirmation email from them some time ago, it doesn't show up at all in their "Oder History". Anyone else have this issue, or just me? lol wasn't worried before, but now I'm curious if it's just a preorder thing, or they misjudged their stock and canceled a few.
