Dodge is nice but is even better resist to more shots from phamtoms and others.

It's good attack a group of 2 Geth Primes and others with the Kroguard on Silver.

There's no way that would work! Krogan don't sneak! (and if they did, it would be downright dishonourable or blasphemy!). That's actually why I can never use a sniper rifle on a krogan - it just doesn't seem fitting. Up-close-and-personal is where it's at. Image IPB

I find all the no roll characters rather awkward to play and that for me is the only downside to playing as krogan or batarian. I wish they are immune to insta kills, it would have made up for the lack of roll/dodge esp when I miss heavy melee on phantoms :(

Their lack of dodge is already made up by their great health and shields and powerful melee.

No. They're playing wrong most of the time though.

You have two of the best nades in the game for killing mobs and a bad ass heavy melee to give you DR. Manage the enemy numbers with nades, use the melee for DR and to push into rage. Too many play like pyjaks and run when **** gets thick instead of beating their way through the enemies.

I respectfully disagree. (again)

I admit that they take a skill set that may seem "contrary" to most of the kits out there though.
They actually begin to excel when the aggro gets thickest, and in that they're an acquired taste to be sure.

Sync killing bosses are the whole key to my comments along with melee builds.

We have a beefy class that should be heavy weapon and melee based in most cases. So we look at the fitness tree and you can be a melee efficient class but give up massive amounts of health and shields or you can take your health and shields and seriously nerf melee. Becasue they have no doge and huge hit boxes they are sync kill bait just waiting to happen. Phantoms you can usually melee kill on your own (unless another team member staggers them). Banshees and other boss sync killers? Run away and desperately find a ramp or simply avoid using your main melee ability.

Hey, the people on this site can make any kit look great including Krogan but what should be their forte, melee and heavy weapon all things takes a massive hit by the low mobility, melee vs health anomaly and boss that sync kill. With the Warlord you can't come within 20 meters of a banshee or you will be grabbed.

Their rage is also a real problem because the rage animation roar totally takes you out of any rhythm you may be having. If the class has a real bonus against being sync killed because of their multiple internal organs and you didn't have to choose between beefiness or melee they would be a fine race.
