 A community representative of the UK forum posted a confirmed date for Britons who pre-ordered via the EA store, here is his messeage:

Mass Effect 2 should be available for pre-load on Monday 25th at 12:00pm GMT for Europe.

Thanks for reposting this ^^ too bad I made a thread on the old forums around 2 days before it closed. I'm sure this will make many people happy... to an extent. I'm just waiting for Steam to open their gobs and say something about pre-loads. I can only assume that it will be around 3 days-ish before ME2 comes out... (for people outside of US)

BioWare had announced that Mass Effect 2 isn't coming to Europe because Europe is f***ing stupid.
