At least you brought up a fairly old game. I think it was the recent GI magazine that had some youngin' calling Nintendo DS games "oldies".

Never had Atari so was probably Dizzy on the Spectrum, with Super Mario on NES being first console game. Though my console buying has always been odd, went NES/ Megadrive/ Gamegear/ N64/ Dreamcast/ GC/ Xbox/ PS2/ 360/ PS3. I always seem to go with the one that gets trounced.

Eye of the Beholder, on a IBM 486. I was 10 years old, had just purchased a used book on how to use a type writer so I could lean to, of all things, type and found it on one of the shelves. I have been a D&D junky every since.
