Pedophilia is well defined as sexual interest towards individuals, wich have not yet reached puberty. So even insulting him on dreaming about a 13y old girl, wouldn't qualify him necessarily to be pedophile. You may be not amused to see a 30+ y old man to long for a 16y old girl, but that's not a matter of pedophilia.

I guess meeting ten years earlier or later changes the entire context of the situation, so maybe both of these are irrelevant.

Also: Age equation. Half the age of older person, plus 7.
