I'm in need of one of those and I was wondering if any of you have found a facepalm animation in game?

I don't remember ever seeing one of those. You might want to just look at the ones below and see if they are close enough for what you want, otherwise you will have to make some kind of custom animation. (I have no idea how to do that.)

I think you could check for Cammen in Dalish Camp. Though I haven't done that path (and I wonder I will ever do it), some players have proceed a mean action in that quest which result in Cammen having a facepalm animation.

I would suggest starting with the headache and playing with animation speeds. You might not get the "full" face palm gesture, but you might get something that expresses the same thing when combined with some facial emotions.
