Just did a run where I brought the two "goodie-two-shoes" characters along (Liara and Kaiden) to see which one advocated letting the council die. (It was Liara.)
I was wondering if there was a list somewhere of all the possible character combinations. I tried some google searches but came up blank with the search strings I was using. Perhaps a youtube compendium exists?
Which characters support ditching/saving the council?

I do not recall seeing a list anywhere. My "give a crap" meter is also pretty low so I do not feel like searching for it either.
It's possible it is based on priority. For example: Wrex, Garrus, Ashley, Tali, Liara, Kaidan; where the left-most name will always argue for letting the council die. That list is just an example, but based on what I can remember off the top of my head who always argued for the letting the council die.
It is also possible that it is based on the position of your squadmates. For example, the squadmate on your right will always argue for letting the council die, while the squadmate on your left will always argue for saving the council.
Again, I have no memory of such a list. It may be able to find out if you have a PC save and can edit it so you can replace squadmates. No chance of anyone trying to test it on console since it is too much work for too little gain.

I think Red is correct about the priority thing.
