Pretty much, the only one who might have survived was the Mage origin, but then they probably got killed in the disaster at the Circle later on anyway.
Little details that BioWare shouldn't forget about!

Number 6 is my favorite.
I rarely do those quests, so what would be in its place? another quest like chasing the dwarves in the Deep Roads if Nathanial wasn't a Gray Warden?
Speculation is fun.
Maybe recovering the sword of Aveline (the Orlesian knight, not the companion from Dragon Age II)?
That actually works. Or Garahel's gear. He was the one to end the last blight.
Maybe it could be racially based? For example, if you are Human, you get a sidequest to find Calenhad's sword ( Nemetos) and silver armor (the one the Circle of Magi made for him), if you are Elven, you get a sidequest to find Garahel's equipment, if you are a Dwarf, you get a sidequest to find the equipment of the Paragon Aeducan, and if your are a Kossith, you get a sidequest to find items that belonged to the Ashkaari Koslun, what do you think about that?
THAT'S AWESOME.

Only two are confirmed to be dead (the Dwarf commoner and the Dalish Elf), the rest are presumed to be dead, but not confirmed, so BioWare could add them if they wanted to.

All seems a bit like stuff we aren't going to remember or care about. I would rather they made sure all the important stuff works for everyone coming from the past games before little things like this.
Little details make up the big picture, and the big things are not going to get overlooked, so there is no sense in opening up a thread reminding BioWare about them.

No... Just no. These NPCs don't need a cameo. If you feel the need, just headcanon that whatever appropriate nameless character you see is such and such. The Inquisitor certainly isn't going to know who these people are. Most are dead anyway.
How do you know that? For all we know, the Human Inquisitor might be a Fereldan noble (or even a commoner who lived in those areas), so it would be possible that he knows/knew these people.

Thanks, it would be really nice if BioWare finally made a RPG where importing made things totally different from the default (unless they way you played in the previous games is the same as the default of course).

Do we know that though? In DA2 allot of people's choices were overlooked like Leliana not being dead, Anders not being dead. Zevran not being dead and not recognising the romance he had with the Warden.
Now the Anders thing has been exsplained and they have hinted that the Lelianna thing will be and it was at least referenced in DLC but I am just saying I would rather stuff like this was sorted over seeing some npc I can chose to send to denerim or not in some minor quest.
Also those little details are very litte indeed. The return of Danga for example is a little detail but still allot more memerable than any of the stuff on this list.
So basically yes it's kwl to have that stuff referenced but I doubt that even the Keeps apparently large amount of choices will account for allot of that and I wouldn't get my hopes up.

1) It is recognized, if the Warden romanced Zevran, he refuses to sleep with Isabela in Dragon Age 2, if it didn't appear in your game, then it is a bug.
2) Dagna, not Danga, and I just started the list, nowhere did I claim that those are the most important "small" details, that's why I opened the thread, so that people could add "small" details that they consider important, otherwise I would have just made a big list, opened the thread and then stop posting in it after the opening post.
3) We will see, I hope that the Keep will have as many small choices as possible.

In DA:O it was stated that she had long hair that was cut short into a bob only when she became a Chantry nun. Marjolaine pokes fun at it. Since she is no longer a nun there is no reason to keep the nun hairstyle.

A minor thing, but Leliana should have long hair. Or at least a different hairstyle.

Short hair doesn't snag when you're hanging upside-down waiting for someone to attack the Chantry!
Following that, I'd like to be able to edit current playthroughs in the Keep before importing them to DAI to fix those incansitencies on characters and stories that I like. That's a major point of interest for me with the Keep.

This, pretty much.
We will have a number of callbacks to things from Origins, some of them very significant, but even then we often introduce these things without the assumption that a player remembers the reference even if they did play DAO. That is two games ago, after all, and while someone who has been posting regularly on these forums since DAO's release and who has played the game N+ times might remember every last thing from the game... well, there's really only so much content we're going to put in for such a player, sorry.

There is a reason. Showing that she's not the person she was when she was working for Marjolaine. It's a symbol of her redemption.
And a familiar hairstyle also helps keep the character recognisable through the necessary shift in appearance of the engine.
