No, since there are no phones in Thedas. (But if there were then yes. Along with the ability to order take-out from Antiva, minus poison anchovies.)

Real consequences to using blood magic, e.g. blood magic is significantly stronger than other forms of magic; but NPCs, such as templars, actually *notice* and hate you if you're a blood mage.

Oh, aye, laddie! Lotsa drunk Scotsmen.

Edit: And yes to katanas if it's explained they originate from a Japan-like part of Thedas.

The ability to queue up to five attacks, like you could in Knights of the Old Republic.

I mean, the tactics screen lets you do the same thing, but sometimes you want to change those tactics depending on who you're fighting, without going into the menu.

I'd welcome it. Me switching back and forth, waiting for them to carry out their orders before they can do something else, is a little annoying at times.

How about a little side quest where you enter a mystical grove to find a massive Juggernaut golem that the forest has grown over. He would awaken, and tells you that his control rod is nearby, though he's been in stasis for quite some time in the forest. You would find the bones of his former master and the control rod, but you would be attacked by angry sylvans. The golem remembers that sylvans bond him years ago, and while they slept, the grove still grew around the golem. So, once you kill all the sylvans, the golem is freed and you're presented a choice. You can either keep the control rod intact and order him to help the Inquisition, or break the control rod, giving him free will. If you persuade him, he'll join up with the Inquistion on his own terms, but if you don't, he'll wander off, wishing to see the world and what's changed.
