Sabotage is the questionable power on the Quarksman.

Talon
Hurricane
Black Widow
Claymore
Wraith
Typhoon
Saber
These are the ones I thought of off the top of my head. Keep in mind that the RoF bonus won't apply until you let off of the trigger if you activate it in the middle of firing a fully auto weapon (Harrier, Hurricane, Typhoon etc.) As mentioned it automatically reloads your clip (it didn't for the longest time but it was patched thankfully).

This is not entirely true some weapons behave like this some don't. The Typhoon and Revenant start firing faster as soon as you hit the Marksman button, the Harrier does not for example.
Piranha is great as well.

Marksman offers an instant reload, up to 50% multiplicative fire rate bonus and up to 45% accuracy bonus for 7-10 seconds.
It should never be skipped, unless you're playing a hipster build or something.
I thought Adrenaline Rush offered an instant reload?

They both do.

I don't use it much in both SP and MP, but in the SP, it doesn't offer an instant reload. Didn't use Marksman enough in MP to realize that it did instantly reload. I guess some things are better in MP, and some, in SP.

Most helpful indeed. I suppose I should skip Sabotage.

I personally go 5 in fitness and then 3 in sabotage to deal with Turrets or Drones, but it's up to you. Rank 6 of fitness on Quarksman only gives you an extra 125 points to health and shields iirc, so to me the three ranks in sabotage are worth more.Merc Mama wrote...

Agree. Sabotage has poor synergy with Marksman but it is a handy power and entertaining at times so worth giving up last ev in fitness to keep

It also increases rate of fire by 40%, which effectively means your DPS increase by almost the same amount. So, basically, it turns bad weapons good and turns good ones into OMGWTF MURDER MACHINES.AustereLemur799 wrote...
Marksman, to my very limited understanding (since I've never utilised it!) makes your weapon more accurate.

Use that. It's about as deadly as it gets. If you struggle with CC you may need a secondary for that. You may want to consider area scan, up to you on that.
Raider, Piranha, Hurricane, etc are stupidly good on him but he is squishy.

Absolutely, because we all like to wait 10 minutes for Sabotage to cool down.<_<

The accuracy bonus allows you to use shotguns effectively at near sniper rifle range and the RoF bonus can massively increase your DPS.
Also, reload cancelling using Marksman's cooldown is very easy.
Basically, I'd recommend never skipping the power as it makes almost all weapons a great deal better and makes most of the top weapons incredibly good.

Here's a build you might try.
Here's why:
Tac Scan 5a Headshot bonus doesn't work.
Rank 4b RoF is a better choice for a generalist build. Go 4a if you want to lulz with the raider, piranha or talon.
Melee Synergy for the extra 30% weapon damage bonus. Look for the occasional mook to finish off with a heavy melee.
Tac Scan 6 a or b? Never quite sure which. The area scan is quite valuable, but most targets die so fast once their scanned that the area effect rarely lasts long.
