Oh yeah, don't get me wrong, it'd be immensely stupid of me to cancel my preorder now. Like I said, if it gets to release, and my cheap Amazon standard edition comes, and GAME expect me to wait another week? That's when I'd cancel, especially if I could find a cheap Collectors Armour/Rifle code. Sorry if I didn't make that clearer.

No problem dude I think if it really is delayed. I will also cancel my Pre-order and order the normal edition somewhere else cheap. And the money i save i will use on a MS points card for future ME2 DLC

If its delayed in UK i'll just preorder normal edition from amazon and get inferno armour, i'd only miss the collectors armour.

Same here have been looking at my inbox all day fingers crossed I don't see that email and I enjoy played my shiny new Collectors Edition on the 29th.

OMG this is what happened with the Fable 2 CE and then we didnt get anythi and payed full price for the CE...

If I remember correctly the CE for both DA: O and Fable 2 were much closer in price to regular. If not the same only £5 more. The CE for this is around £15 higher than the RRP. I doubt we will get shafted in content. Though, the extra wait would suck. I was considering getting two copies of the game anyway.

I agree and I'm thinking Terminus armour is the way to go that armour looks awesome.

I beg to differ. EA chooses schedules the time at which artbook desgins are sent to the printer and what printer they choose to do business with. So either they sent the artbook dsegins too late or they got a printer who can't deliver on their promise.

Either way, EA knows this sort of thing will affect the group of people that are, in general, the most loyal fanbase and will be most vocal in complaining. This complaining is, in my view, justified. The bottomline: they cannot do anything about it now, but it is their responsibility. EA created the expectation that the CE would be released at the asme time as the regular edition and they were in control of the schedule and business partner selection.

EA has no control over any potentinal printing issue which is what i was TRYING to point out.

I'm reckoning that's just because they have alloted all the CE preoreders already so have removed it from sale. I shall keep my fingers crossed though lol

Yeah, that message about it being removed from sale has been there for quite a while.

Well i can't find the Pre-order on their site, But that is just becouse they are sold out on copys. But the PC collectors edition is still there with a release date of 29 january. And that version also has the artbook.



But can we please get an comment from A Dev/Bioware/EA? I really want to know more info. You can't just ignore this.

I pre orderd it months ago and i just logged on my account on Game to change my credit card to my new one and got that message.

Just found this topic: http://social.biowar...03/index/671315 So someone got the CE early. (US) So i think we will just get it on release date. As you can see the Art book. So i think this was just a miscommunication or that it is delayed in a few country's because the language in the art book is different. Oh well... I hope any of the dev's can give us a response. At least a replay that they are looking into it?

Sweden - Ordered from the store "Spelbutiken" (Swedish only store).



Delayed a week. According to the mail I recieved the distributor had contacted the store about the delay and it would be something that would affect "all" retailers. I checked around with a few other retailers but they had no information about a delay. (I mostly checked stores that exist, to my knowledge, only in Sweden, or at least Scandinavia). That is not to say there wont be any.
