Well I wouldn´t hold my breath, because as far as my experience goes, amazon.de is the absolutely last one to know of and acknowledge any delay.
Regardless of what I said above, I am sitting here, murmuring "please don´t let it be delayed" to the amazon website Although a dev-post would be really great. Pretty please?

Says problem lies with importer/distrubiturs.

 We have same situation in Poland, release date at 2nd february, and event 5th in some stores:crying:

Which web store? The e-mail from Webhallen says that it is a production error. It also says that not only Sweden, but all Nordic countries are affected.

well i just checked game in the uk where i have my pre order and it still says it is held on pre order, however when i checked for the game itself on the site however there is no xbox 360 CE on the site, only a pc CE and regular copies for pc and 360.....which is a bit odd

GAME sold out of the CE a week or so ago and so removed it from listing, that is all.

I contacted GAME to query whether the problem extended to the UK, and was told that they haven't been informed of any problems with UK distribution, so for the moment it seems the problem lies with mainland Europe only for whatever reason.

Wow, I severely hope that it gets there quicker then expected for you guys. I know I personally cannot even be bothered to play any other game such is my desire to play this one. If they delay the AUS CE I will just buy a normal one until the CE gets here...

Is there an official word yet? Does it effect all of Europe? Or only parts. Because my game.co.uk preorder seems still fine (even though there is no release day listed anywhere) and a friend of mine who ordered his CE from amazon.de also says there is (up until now) no sign of a delay.

It happened to me with DA:O and I switched to the DD edition because of it. I just don't want to do that again.

They should just charge us for the preordered game and provide a download to cover the additional time we need to wait for the box.

Well I just got an e-mail too saying that the CE will be delayed in all nordic countries by one week (I live in Finland). Oh well, standard version will still be released on time...

I still haven't got an E-Mail from my shop here in Holland(Free Record Shop). So i am not giving up hope yet... I already sended them an E-Mail 2 days ago (also putted an link to this topic in the mail) But i haven't got one back yet. But it also takes a day or 2/3 before i get an reply. But why did'nt bioware comment on this! It is already 2 days ago that this topic was made. But no reply? Very strange. I am really getting impatient.

Because Bioware might not even know. Its all between the publisher and the retailers. And knowing EA don't expect any sort of confirmation soon.

GAME UK still taking pre-order for the PC CE from looks of things. That being said I'm glad am getting the digital version
