Edit : An interview of Kath for those who are curious. She is not juste an outstanding natural voice, she is also an awesome VA that can shape her voice when acting.

Ahh, the voice of the Female Smuggler as well, I'll definitely agree then.

For an Orlaisian character, i suggest Alexandre Astier.
This is a real artistic genius and a beast of work, creator, author, film director, compositor, video editor, he does it all with high quality. The guy never sleeps.

Both parents are pro actors, Alexandre is a musician and ended writting directing and playng in theaters, then TV, then movies and other projects.
The man is a real geek (grow up with american comics and vidéo games), and he is very very very humble, cheerfull and full of common sens. This guy is the genius of his country of the XXI century.

Desmond Askew will voice everyone. It will be just like Lothering in DAO.

I'm not serious, of course, but there were stretches of both games where the same VA was used a little too often. In DA2, Act of Mercy drove me nuts because the guy who voiced Thrask also did Decimus.

Robin Atkin Downes. He voiced a few of the minor NPC's in DA2 (Keran the Templar and Jansen, that miner from the Bone Pit) but a voice like that deserves a major role.

And Mark Meer should return as Jethann, because why lead the Inquisition if you don't do it hard?

It'd be awesome if he did that gravelly cockney accent he does in Saint's Row. :S

Andy Serkis. As well as voicing Gollum in LoTR and The Hobbit, and Captain Haddock in Tin Tin, he's done superb voicework in games as Bohan in Heavenly Sword and Monkey in Enslaved. Really good actor with fantastic range.

James Remar has a really cool voice. Just started watching season 2 of Avatar: The Legend of Korra and his voice as Tonraq is really mature and awesome. He was great in Dexter as well. If the supposed Grey Warden companion isn't Orlesian, then I wouldn't mind Remar to voice him.

You know what, come to think of it, several voice actors from The Legend of Korra would be swell to see (hear) in DA:I.
