Seriously though, I think someone at Cumberbatch's level would command 2% of the entire VO budget per line. Otherwise I would have suggested Michael Fassbender a while ago.

Hell I'd take that, Cumberbatch for everyone! it'll save money on any other voice actors just having the one. Yes Cumberbatch is unrealistic as far as money goes but hell that voice would be unbeatable in my opinion, some may argue he  sounds a little evil but hey.

I'd love to hear Mark Meer and Kimberly Brooks in some capacity. Not only are they of Mass Effect fame, but they've had minor roles in the Dragon Age franchise in the past as well, so it would be great to see them return.

I'm sure Kate Mulgrew will return, but I'd love to hear her again either way. Troy Baker is another talented VA I'd like to hear. He's got great range.

More Steve Blum is never a bad thing, either.

NO BIG STAR NAMES! Didn't you read the post? Besides, as much as Benedict Cumberbatch's voice is menacing and deep and bad-ass, it's a voice that's most likely appropriate for a villain, rather than a hero. Sorry to burst your bubbles.

Ok realistically for male Inquisitor I think Adrian Hough who voiced Haytham Kenway in AC3 would be great, distinguished, not overly menacing, and just charming enough for a lead role.

I mostly look forward to having Claudia Black (and Kate Mulgrew) return as Morrigan and Flemeth. However of the possible celebrities mentioned in this thread I would like to see the following included in Inquisition (if arrangements could be made), plus a few of my own picks: Alan Rickman, David Warner, Michael Wincott, Malcolm McDowell, Jean Reno, Elizabeth Hurley, Ben Kingsley, Christopher Plummer, Maximilian Schell and Christoph Waltz.

It's like some voice actors are very talented in doing several voices that all sound entirely independant of one another with maybe one or two inflections that you can recognize as their personal vocal footprint. But then you have other voice actors that are "character" voice actors, that you cast simply for the only voice they do, because that's the voice that perfectly fits the personality of that single character and puts them apart from others.

That also means you can't reuse that one. Think of it as in a game when you have all of these other buttons, and then you have one that is like a finisher but has a totally large cooldown on it so you can only really use it once. That would be Tim Curry.

I just finished playing Far Cry 3 : Blood Dragon and by the gods, Michael Biehn did such a badass job at voicing the protagonist that hes now my first pic for voicing someone or something in DA:!.
