I can let it pass for Tim Curry. I got a good laugh in Saints Row 4 placing both the charcters Keith David voiced and the resulting banter.

SR4 firmly places itself in "absurd" territory haha.

So? The guy who did Saren's voice had a role in ME2.

Saren isn't voiced by Tim Curry.  Mark Meer voiced a lot of different voices because he's able to make a lot of different voices as well.  It has nothing to do with Arl Howe being dead, and everything to do with Curry's voice being the voice of Howe.

It's the woe of using someone with a very distinct and memorable voice.  Imagine James Earl Jones voicing other characters in Star Wars.

Fred Tatasciore voiced Saren, along with virtually every hulking beastly type in video games (Bane, Solomon Grundy, virtually every Incredible Hulk).

Also, the CE Warden's dad.

Troy Baker only voices protagonists who act as fatherly figures/guardians to pretty young girls.

Arl Howe was a minor boss in a game that will be 5 years old when DA:I hits the shelves. Only the hardcore fans will notice it again.

I like Keith David but I've heard him so much.. and I don't know if he'd be a good dwarf or qunari.
