 I have a list:

Brian Blessed, his voice is legend.
Alan Rickman, he has a pretty cool voice. though it would remind me of Loghain somehow.
Mark Meer, i'd like you to make use of his many, many talents.
Patrick Stewart, he has a good voice too. He voiced Uriel Septim VII in Oblivion.
Sir David Attenborough, have you heard him in those documentries? I love his voice.
Wes Johnson, has a strong voice. He voiced all the imperials in Oblivion, it's true.
Jamieson Kent Price, He was Lu Bu in DW5. He's good with rough voices. Was in the Patriot.
Douglas Rye, was Dracula in castlevania and cao cao in DW5. He has a nice voice.
Rutger Hauer, he was in Dracula and Buffy the vampire slayer. 
Betty White, is Betty White. Betty White is love.
Lani Minella, Ivy from SCV and Dunmer female in Skyrim.
Michele Specht, Dynasty warriors' Wang Yi and Claymore's Tabitha.
Gates McFadden, Dr Beverly. 
Laura Bailey, was in bioshock and was Alicia in Gears of war 3.
Maggie Smith, Maggie Smith is magical.
Renée Soutendijk, voodoo priestess in 9.
Whoopi Goldberg, can do serious and funny characters. Was in various animated media. 
Tara Platt, she was in XCOM, SR:3, etc.

Just found out Janeway's actor, Kate Mulgrew, is also Flemeth's voice. The things you learn.
Somehow that made me kind of happy. <3

Jennifer Hale is good as long as she's doing the British/Fereldan accent. Her tough guy voice is just beyond annoying for me, but I loved her in Killer 7 and KotOR.

Keep Laura Bailey away from Dragon Age. I love her to bits and she gets a lot of work for good reason, but she wouldn't be a very good fit for the setting, because her kitsch low voice just sounds... stilted?

David Hayter... what's this guy's appeal? He's a great guy with an iconic role as Snake, but anytime I hear him I'm just like, "wtf Snake why are you a jedi now" or something along those lines.

I'm probably not the best source of unbiased opinion, as I am a very aurally minded person and I tend to associate voices with characters (with a few exceptions), so I would honestly prefer Bioware step out of the strata of common voice actors that everyone has heard before, in a Bioware title or otherwise.

But voice acting has never been something I've worried about Bioware successfully pulling off anyway so I got that going for me.

i noticed that as well, I dont know. She did an awesome job with Jaheira, it was brillant. I really liked her accent

I'm hoping for quality but unknown voice actors. Bloated budgets are the reasons for all the things wrong with this industry, not piracy, renting nor used games like scummy publishers would like you to believe.

Just finished Remember Me and Edge's voice actor - Nathan Nolan - was able to bring Edge alive which is pretty good considering who Edge turns out to be.. Edge's passionate support of the PC is one of the few things about Remember me that lived up to RM's hype.

Nilin's voice - the PC protagonist - was also pretty sexy, but IMHO the actress went a bit over the top. Still, Kezia Burrows is Welsh and has a nice Welsh accent , more "serious" than Merril's but just as lovely 

Both Nathan Nolan and Kezia Burrows are outsdanding and have not done a lot of game or film work so might be a good fresh choice that won't cost bioware an arm and a leg

Actresses (both Hollywood/Film and other smaller capacities) I'd like to see in a role meant for a Female Lead or returning characters (in no particular order whatsoever) include:

- Zoe Saldana

-Rosario Dawson ( Female Rogue; in my mind I'm picturing some bad-a** like "Gail" from Sin City)

-Paula Patton (cause I just think she's mighty purdy!)

-Olivia Wilde (Female Mage Inquisitor; maybe even Vivienne's voice( as I don't know anything else to reference for her character from other mediums of the material)

-Courtney Talyor (Jack from Mass Effect; Jahani in KOTOR series)

-Jennifer Hale (as she voiced Bastila Shan in KOTOR or something similar)

-Liz Szoroka (Tali from Mass Effect)

- Victoria Kruger (Isabela ala DA2 specifically; I didn't care for the voice actress who did the role in Origins)

-Miranda Raison (Cassandra's voice actress, DA 2)

-Eve Myles (Merrill's voice)

-Kate Mulgrew (I know she's cast already, but I'd cringe to think of another actress in her role.Her's is the only voice I can see for that role. I have always liked the sound of her voice and I think shje's an amazing actress)

*For any/all returning characters from DA2, I think they should keep the same voice actor/actress

As for new voice actors, I second the suggestions for both Alan Rickman and Iain Glen, and would also like to see an offer extended to Malcolm McDowell, Jared Harris, John Hurt, Helen Mirren, and Christopher Lee to add their voices to Dragon Age.

The return of Claudia Black and Kate Mulgrew is a must as well.
