Does the Claymore, Human Soldier count? I was havin' a blast playing that in some QMLs.
I also like the Geth Pulse Rifle/Geth Plasma Shotgun combo on the Geth Engineer. And I had a few games with the Salarian Engineer. Equipped with the Scorpion and Raptor; I had myself a decoy party (ain't nothin' like a decoy party)!

OK i just did a GI with the GPS. Haven't done that it over a year. Forgot how powerful and almost easy mode that is...if you can get used to the cloak charge timing. That setup destroys banshees so fast....

SI with harpoon gun FTW! I remember playfarcry got us to do 4 SI with Kishocks on Plat Goddess Collectors. I was terrified, but it was hilarious.

Ah, Carnifex! I loved that gun before the nerf -- used it on the Femgineer all the time. Now it's gathering dust. *sniff*
