Hi, first of all, I have not gotten far in the game so try your best to not spoil anything, please.
I'm playing a Rogue and I want to become an Assassin. Thing is, I really don't like Zevran much. As I have no real use for him, I was considering killing him and instead learn Assassin from a book. However, looking at the Wiki, it seems I'll only be able to buy this book very late in the game...
My question then, is it possible to learn this specalization from the Crows in Denerim, Master Ignacio, to be specific? I've just gotten the first contract, and if I do a good job I figured maybe he could teach me?
A simple yes or no answer will suffice. Thanks.

You could always get his approval up with a few gifts, get him to train you, and then tell him to leave.

I was under the impression that you are playing other builds as well,
so you may keep playing another build until you unlocked assassin,
after which you can continue with this build.
Another option is to simply leave him at the camp at all times,
it is playwise same as not having him at all

Thank you for the answers, and for not spoiling.
I know, it just feels so cheap...still, it's the most obvious course of action.
That is another option, indeed. I am going for Assassin/Duelist, and I've met Isabela so that's an alternative. I just wanted to get Assassin first since the Duelist skills mainly seem like icing while Assassin seems more practical. Still it's definately considerable.
Anyways thanks again for the answers, I have some things to ponder.

Or maybe even do that, then reload the game before you recruited him. Once the spec is unlocked it's unlocked for all playthroughs.
