While the Edit menu includes the copy and paste options, the quick keys do not work for it in Windows 8 for some reason. Anybody else encounter this issue? It's a massive hindrance for builders.

First of all, I want to apologize for the horrible necro;

 

Secondly, I wanted to respond because this really annoyed me when it happened to me. It happened to me because NWN wasn't in my computer's registry. I can't quite remember how to add it again because I just looked at the registry on my old computer.

 

EDIT: And as I post this, my Internet stops being slower than a snail. Google brought this up, and the instructions are right, they match the values in my current registry. http://bleachx.info/...p?f=208&t=32122

First of all this is a pretty old OP. Hence your reference to necro?

 

But secondly, I personally use W 8.1, and have no problems cutting and pasting into fields in the mod, like resref, description, ect... (pretty much anything I can think of I might want to cut and paste text into, no issues what so ever.)

As someone getting a new computer soon, I'm glad I read this. I'll keep it in mind in case I have the same problem after moving over all my stuff.
