Hello all,
I recently lost my game saves for ME3 and I now am unable to access any of the N7 collectors edition content on my 360. According to my registered game content on Bioware, I should still have access. I know that it comes included on every disc (can't be downloaded), but for some reason I am unable to access the content. Any ideas?

Are you connected to the internet and Bioware's servers? Also, are you using the collector's edition disks? If yes to both, then I'm not sure.

Try going to your xbox download history and search for the N7 CE content. It should be there and hopefully you can redownload it and fix the problem.

Yeah, I'm connected and using the collector's discs. Really odd. I think it's something to do with the system not recognizing that I have access to the content. It happened right after my saves were lost.

Good catch. When he said about downloading, I assumed he had already done that. You know what they say about assuming though.
