Thanks for the link. I watched the episode and I spent the whole entire 10 minutes laughing my ass off. Neofelis Nebulosa is right, as much as I loved Vegeta in the original Dragon Ball Z ( my favourite character ) Dragonball Z Abridged takes everything that was awesome about him and distilled it into Awesomesause.

Vegeta: "Did anyone anyone get the number of that b***h."
Android 18: "18"
Vegeta: "Thank You"

This is one of my favorite lines.

Team Four Star is one of the best things to come out of the Internets. I absolutely love their DBZA series, as well as Kuriboh's Yugioh one. I've watched both several times and it just never gets old. Both are far superior to the series they respectively satirize. I have a ton of respect for all of the folks in that group.

One of my favorite parts in that episode was actually the stuff that wasn't part of the episode. Korin & Yajirobe's conversation at the end -- Also Trunks', Tien & Piccolo's comments to Krillin's story of being smooched by 18.

Also, rewatching the episodes, I have to say TFS's version of the Ginyu force is 100% pure awesome!

I'm just going to say it, Krillin is one of the best characters in the abridged version.

Yeah, Krillin was done well in the series, but I find Vegeta even more entertaining IMO. One of my favorite parts was the explanation for how he became Super Saiyan.

Honestly i am fairly surprised by how under viewed DBZ abridged actually is, i mean the VA staff has made appearances at Coma-con and Dragon Con over the years to advertised.

Rooster Teeth has the advantage of having Monty Oum on their staff, but the humor value hasn't been as good since the first 100 episodes of RvB, Strangerhood, P.A.N.I.C.S and the other machinima they did back in the day. TeamFourStar's quality however has actually improved a lot to a point where I almost prefer their voices and take on DBZ than Funimation themselves. That's how incredible they are.

Unlike One Piece, Dragon Ball isn't much rich in story and like 2/3 episodes are merely battles. There is fights that take 10-15 episodes in DBZ, in One Piece there is so much story being told and "important fights" take 3 episodes at most.

This makes DBZ frustrating to watch sometimes, but One Piece is always interesting to watch (at least based on the first 135 episodes I've watched.)

You said it brother.

Really, it's better paced, has better voice acting, and is of course far more humorous. I have some fond memories of the original from when I was a kid but this is just better.

TFS also does some pretty funny Let's Plays, especially the Krillin LPs. Really loved the Outlast playthrough.
