As of the nerd appropriate podcast of the customization one of the things pointed out was the in joke at bioware of the pinkquisition and pink armor. Who here, if given the option, would save the world in fabolous/awesome hot pink? 

Personally, I would so have at least one playthrough dedicated to such. 

Edit: and what I am talking about is the ability to dye things pink. Everything must be pink! EVERYTHING

It might be a good time for me to jump in here and explain. The only way to get the pink dye is to run a few dozen nugs through the "juicer." The cuter the nug, the more saturated the pigment. We didn't intend for that, it's just one of those happy accidents that Frostbite provided for us. Now our entire pigment system relies on the death of countless adorable pixels.

As for purple, I'm not sure we have anything cute enough to render down into those tones. I'll have to talk with the creature guys.

Based on the PAX panels, omitting pink as a customization colour would probably not be the wisest decision we ever made....

I don't know what colour range will be available, but I was more just referring to the fact that it was all but confirmed that a "pinkquisition" will be allowed based on pretty much everyone on the customization's panel haha.
