Hi there,

I'm actually working on a new visual effect and wanted to give the players face two lights at different places but there's only showed one light on the character at once.

I checked the affects character property on both but only the nearest light to the char is "active". If I change the distance that the other is nearer then this is gonna be shown...

Ideas - anyone?

Kind regards
dt

Pretty sure you can only have one.

Yeah, I feared that.

If anybody wants to do the same: I tried to trick the engine via 2 bulbs that flicker in their point radius too fast for the human eye. Actually that doesn't work either. Although having set the intervall to 20ms with 10ms light and 10ms dark the engine is visibly switching between the two bulbs... The Problem is: There is no possibility to create smaller steps than 10ms.

Very displeasing, so Bioware - if you read this: Please give us the possibility to create at least 2 lights on character affection because only one looks displeasing when it comes to facial expressioning!

Edit: Last thing that comes to my mind is creating two different visual effects for each face side and running them via the event script - dunno if it's possible. Maybe.. maybe not ;-)
