Sometimes when the Heavy Mechs is destroyed they can explode like a Cain explosion, I have got it a few times. But never figure out how to make it happend.
Someone here who knows how to make it explode like that?

That's what I am thinking. I get those big booms quite a bit when playing a soldier with a Widow or Mantis.. Adrenaline Rush lets me place very accurate head shots. I think the hit zone is pretty small though, not the entire "head." perhaps just the "eyes."

I tried in the head, but just an normal explosion. Maybe something special spot on the head or maybe the mech's health must be at least in the middle and needs a realy big powerhit by Shepard?

I think the weapon damage may also play into it. Some high-damage weapons seem to trigger the atomic explosion more frequently than some low damage weapons. But this is just me speculating.

You have to shoot the head off. Probably a head gib parameter like with Possessed Abominations in ME3.
