Phantoms are lame? Yes. But I can handle them with most characters I play. But they are still lame.

Stasis is for squares.

Drellguard: Charge + shoot + heavy melee + ??? + Charge = dead.

Can actually be done in less steps than that, but that's the foolproof method.

Ive settled on like 3 classes that permanently get the Venom... Im pretty over putting it on everything.

I prefer charge -> shot to the head, shot to the head, shot to the head myself, but everytime I suggest skipping stasis I get a lot of FUD from BSN.

Why would someone use Stasis on Asari Vanguard when you can charge them and either throw a grenade to their faces or headshot them?

Not having Stasis is way faster.

You can also deal with them charging at them and show your fancy nades.

It works wonders, mainly if they are in groups.

biotic charge then grenade is not necessarily the most damage output of these 2 characters.

drell charge nade =   4480 to health, armour and shields
                               6720 to barrier

drell pull nade      = 10357 to health


asari charge nade = 3245 to health, armour and shields
                              4868 to barrier

asari stasis nade  = 7045 to health
                            11368 to barrier
                              8686 to shields

charge nade is good for armour, but could be over doubly effective if you are to prime incendiary before charging and again before throwing the nadeImage IPB

I realise this is only theoretical output, and in reality the chances that you can throw a cluster grenade at pulled target and get all the fragments to hit enemies is pretty slim. but that's just another reason why I prefer the asari, stasis lift nade is easily possible, even though no enemy you can face has 7000 healthImage IPB.

The Stasis+Lift Grenade biotic explosion itself does a grand total of 843.75 damage on gold vs. health.  Stasis does 25 damage.  Lift grenades do a maximum of 2745 damage without power synergy from charge.

Total damage to health:
3613.75
Total damage to barriers:
5830.5
Total damage to shields:
3614


For comparison: Charge(1020)+ Lift Grenade(3105) does:  

Total damage to health:
4125
Total damge to barriers:
6187.5
Total damage to shields:
4125

Both these values ignore physics damage from ragdolls, which is unimportant given that every health only enemy will be killed by the direct damage of the powers.

my calculator is giving me 1093 for gold Image IPB. include the increase damage to stasis target by 50% and the BE does 1642. all BEs do double damage to barrier, so 3283 there. then add on the damage from the grenade 3578 to health armour shields, 5366 to barrier, both these values are also buffed by stasis's 50% damage buff. added all together should get you to my above value...maybe

 I assumed you were taking bubble stasis, but assuming you took vulnerability, keep in mind that the 50% only applies to the target in stasis not any other, and in order to set off a biotic explosion with lift grenades you need to have a target with only health.  So there's literally no situation in which you can do the stated damage vs. any protection. Stasis+lift grenade is a standard 6+6 biotic explosion captured in this table.

yea I remembered that table too late, probably should have checked on that beforehand Image IPB.

stasis primes shielded and barriered enemies right? just lift grenade doesn't detonate them?

fixed! for some reason, I was adding on a part of the detonation on again... weird then copy pasted it everywhere
