The ones I can think of are Biotic Charge, Marksman, Reave, and Hunter Mode.

To those that say Warp:
Why? I've never put more than 5 ranks in it.

Inferno Nades, Cluster Nades, Arc Nades, Lift Nades, Shadow Strike, Phase Disruptor, lolFlamer, Dark Sphere, Nova, Incinerate, Seige Pulse... Probably a few more too.

I feel like Homing 'nades are nearly useless unless maxed out.

They're whatever with 4 ranks... Free damage, free of cooldown... That gets refilled whenever you go by an ammo box, which you'll likely be visiting anyway.

All I can remember, I know that most of these powers are the heavy hitters. So they go up first before all my other powers. Other powers I just don't have much experience with yet.
