Why there?

Well, my Hero of Ferelden presided over Amaranthine as the new Arl for a period of time, and Turnoble Estate was vacant due to the Mother's forces killing Valena Turnoble and her family. I thought that Jowan might end up residing there as Master Levyn, and the refugees seemed very protective of him in Jowan's bugged quest (in the same way that the Ferelden refugees were protective of Anders in Act I).

I wouldn't mind him making an appearance in a side quest assuming the player kept him alive.

If Merrill and especially Isabella from dao can become a companion in da2 I don't see why jowan can make an appearance

I have heard that if you send him back to the tower and side with the mages, he appears in their march, and if you let him run, he's supposed to appear as a random encounter helping refugees, but it Conrads.

Needed a mod to get the random encounter.

Yes.

Though him in the march, since I'm not sure I've seen him, is may be a generic character model with similar features. 

The quest, though, is called "Jowan's Intention."

I'd rather see Lily as a mage hating Red Templar with the name "Jowan" carved into her forehead.

I don't really know what happened to Jowan as he keeps popping up in strange places so it would be good to see him again.

I liked Jowan and as disapointed when I found out he was a cut companion. I'd like to see him again, but it makes sense that he's probably long gone. My circle mage Warden tried to make him leave, but he wouldn't because he wanted to make amends, and then got sent back to the circle. (He didn't want to say "I never want to see you again" because that wasn't true, but sadly the other options don't actually make him leave )

I really need a PC that can play DAO so I can try mods and get one puts him into the party.
