A 'stereotype' is a reductive, oversimplified image of a type of people (eg, gays or ethnic minorities). In order for a stereotype to be anything even close to true, you have to demonstrate that every single member of that group behaves in acordance with that image.False if you consider the only two optinos to be "completely true" and "completely false." Which isn't necessarily so.
If some people within the group fall in line with the stereotype, the stereotype is still completely false, because the nature of a stereotype is that it is applied to all members.
