I'm just wondering , with the size and variety of the places we'll be traveling to, what would be the level of biodiversity in DAI? I know that with the Veil Tear and the Mage-Templar war we'll be spending most of our time fighting demons, mad templars/mages and other baddies,but still, what about the animals in Thedas? I loved the panther like wyvern concept in MOTA.It just felt like a great spin off of an already known creature in many other fantasy games and worlds.Oh and the Varterral from Witch Hunt and DA2. It felt strange and unique.It would be a shame if they wouldn't take advantage of their diverse world, swarming us with giant spiders like in the previous titles <_<. So my questions are:
1) What new types of creatures with real life equivalents ( one can only hope for lions
) or completely original to the fantasy and/or DA world (griffons please
!!! ) do you expect/wish to make an appearance in DAI ?
2) Do any of you know of any animals ( fantasy or real life ) that we're mentioned to exist in the DA world, but didn't make any appearance in a DA games/comics ?
