I have seen a lot of videos with Sheppard wearing an N7 sweatshirt/hoodie. How do you get that? Is it DLC, or a collector's edition thing?

You can get it by save file editing if your on PC, else you need either the digital deluxe or the collectors edition version of the game.

Use gibbed ME3 editor, you can unlock it under plot-masseffect3-armor tabs iirc, along with the N7 Defender Armor, Knight-Reckoner and every other set other than the Citadel DLC Cerberus armor.

You can get it with Gibbed. And now, really any player can have any of these things, no matter what platform. Not legit of course, but it can be done.
